Company authority evidence

Upload statutes, company registry extract, commercial register extract or equivalent proof of directors/signing authority. Company data and authorised persons are extracted from this first.

Company documentation

Passport or national ID

The passport holder is compared with the extracted authorised persons. If there is no match, the process moves to routing/owner review instead of pretending authority.

After the authority check, signing can use Documenso audit trail, a client certificate where available, WhatsApp/SMS verification, or e-mail code fallback via https://verify.emarkus.org.
